With 2 queen beds in 2 comfortable bedrooms, this property is perfect for a small group of guests. There is an additional room that can be used as an office, small bedroom or workout space. The house is open concept and has large south facing windows that flood the space with light. Features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area, and 3.5 bathrooms with showers and a tub. Stay connected with WiFi, stay comfortable with heating and AC, and take advantage of the washing machine and 1-car garage. Great location that is within walking distance to coffee shops, breweries, Sloan's lake, and the train. The house is a 5 min drive to downtown Denver.
