"We stayed for 1 week in October 2023 and were impressed with this villas contemporary features. There are 3 outdoor seating areas to choose from and we found it spotless. It took half an hour to walk to the Arenal but it was on the flat so that was ok. Every detail is taken care of and there was some lovely solar lights and candle holders which added to the ambience. "Nice holiday, house was fine and Simon was easy to contact and helpful sorting out a small problem. We were unlucky with the weather, very changeable but didn’t spoil our time. We know the Denia area very well and enjoyed visiting places we had been over the years. Good side our family arrived for four nights and we had warm sunshine and visited several beaches. The whole complex itself could do with some TLC but our house was and area around were fine.."

Lovely budget hotel
"I was pleasantly surprised after reading the reviews for this hotel. The hotel has been painted and looks basic but ok. My room was big with a lovely terrace, did not have a direct sea view but a lovely one. Bathroom was dated but fully functional. The bed was comfortable, some reviews were saying it was hard but i found it perfectly confortable. If you're on the large side you may disagree but for us it was perfectly fine. Breakfast was varied, something to suit everyone except those on a diet, eggs, bacon and sausages quite greasy, the only protein. Overall for the price I loved the hotel, it had everything we needed."
