Beautiful Cottage in the Montgo with 2 bedrooms, in an urbanization with panoramic mountain views. It is a quiet residential complex with a community pool in a large common lawned area with palm trees. Own charming garden and outdoor shower. Both the garden environment and the house are very bright and sunny throughout the year. It has its own parking. Located 2 km from the beach and 3.5 km from the city center.
Inside we find a living-dining room with a fireplace, an open plan kitchen, living room, a charming glazed terrace with beautiful views of the garden and pool areas, two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, a main bathroom with a shower. Terrace full of plants and flowers.
The house has a TV installation, fitted wardrobes, hot and cold air conditioning. There is a small daily charge for electricity payable upon arrival.
