The apartment belongs to the attractive and well-maintained BAHIA DE DENIA urbanization, known for its welcoming and family-friendly atmosphere. Located at (Km 6.5) Les Marines with spacious gardens, a social club, and two swimming pools for adults and children, ideal for enjoying your holidays.



The residential complex is completely fenced around the perimeter with pedestrian access to Punta Molins Beach and two direct exits to the sea.



The well-maintained apartment has 70m2 of built space with a terrace oriented towards the residential area (10m2) and facing southeast.



The property\'s layout consists of an entrance hall with a bright living-dining room with a fireplace, an open-plan kitchen with a large fully glazed gallery offering unobstructed views of Segaria and Marjal; it is well-equipped. It offers many nearby services and a range of activities for adults and children (water sports, boat rentals, or diving) with designated areas for Kite Surf enthusiasts.
