Delray Paradise 2 (upstairs unit) sleeps up to 8 guests and features an outdoor oasis with heated pool, games, a BBQ grill, and more. The home offers it's own private entrance with stair access and a balcony overlooking the pool.
Designed for comfort and privacy with a cozy interior ideal for smaller gatherings, and a backyard that offers a spacious area for everyone to come together for a barbeque, a swim in the pool, or play a game of corn hole, Delray Paradise is the prime home base for your Delray Beach getaway!
Upstairs, you’ll find four beautifully appointed bedrooms—two with king beds and two with queen beds—accompanied by two full bathrooms (1 bathtub/2 showers). The living space is enhanced by a fully stocked kitchen, 6 seat dining table, a dedicated workspace, and a cozy living room, perfect for casual gatherings. Step outside to enjoy your balcony that overlooks the inviting pool, a wonderful spot for morning coffee or to relax with a view of the evening sunset.

The outdoor space is shared with the downstairs unit (if occupied) and boasts four seating areas with dining for 12, covered lounge seating for 4, 6 chaise lounges and 2 BBQ grills ready for your culinary creations. 4 beach cruiser bicycles are provided and local rentals are available.

Dive into relaxation, enjoy al fresco dining with friends and family, take a refreshing dip in the heated pool or unwind on the sun shelf while soaking up the sun. By reserving this vacation rental Guest acknowledges and agrees to the following:

1. On Beach Time Vacation Rentals requires Guest ID verification (all guests over 18-clear photo of person holding their ID), security deposit authorization with credit card ($750 deposit hold-not a charge) and short-term agreement w/pool waiver for access to the home. Id and credit card must match.
2. Bookings within 24 hours of arrival require prep time; this means check in time may be after our standard 4pm check in time. **no credits or refunds will be given** Thanks for your understanding!
3. An outdoor Ring security camera is present on the exterior of the home. Security camera records video and voice, however it is not actively monitored. Cameras may not be covered or tampered with by guest. Owner/Manager reserves the right to view the cameras to verify guest count, or if any complaints are received.

5. The Pool is heated to 85° December April. IMPORTANT: heating speed depends on the outdoor temperature. The heater will only heat the pool, 20° above the air temperature. The heater runs during daytime hours when the pump runs. The control panel is locked and not for guest access. Tampering with pool equipment is prohibited.
6. Guests registered to stay are always welcome to gather together. Events or gatherings hosted with un-registered guests or commercial filming without owner/manager knowledge will result in immediate termination of stay and loss of deposit. Events include but are not limited to Bridal/Wedding Showers, Birthday or Engagement parties, etc. Confetti, streamers or taped wall décor is prohibited. ALL EVENTS/FILMING REQUIRE APPROVAL (if you're not sure, please ask) Vendor fees may apply based on the individual request.
7. Violations of the short-term rental agreement will result in loss of deposit and termination of stay without notice or refund.
8. Guest is responsible for payment of damaged or missing items. The property is videotaped and photographed prior to each guest's stay. Upon arrival, if anything is not as expected, it must be reported within 12 hours.
9. Delray Paradise Retreat has weekly pool service, and lawn service, and monthly pest control services. You may see these vendors on site during your stay. Inside access is required for 5-10 minutes, for pest control services. If scheduled during your dates of stay, notice will be provided a day in advance; guests do not need to be present.

Rates are subject to change until confirmed with deposit. Early check-in/Late check-outs are not guaranteed and will only be offered in writing if available. Guests are responsible for any and all damage occurring on the premises during their stay. Smoking, unauthorized events, filming and illegal activity or violations of the short-term agreement in the premises will result in an automatic forfeit of deposit. Any additional damages are payable within 24 hours of proof of payment. No refunds will be provided due to neighboring construction, if any. Guest releases Owner/On Beach Time Vacation Rentals and its associates of all liability and ensures that they are covered by their own health/accident insurance.
