Cute 2 bedroom home

Exactly as pictured. The property manager was helpful and informative and quick to respond. The home was clean and in a very comfortable neighborhood. Would definitely rent again.

Improvements

more than 5 hangers needed, wifi was tricky to login and didn't match check in instructions, some damage to kitchen roof, security gate broken most of the time, no outside light and very dark at night, didn't allow for parking on the left as instructed most of the time, iron and board needed, beach chair broken, luggage rack would be useful, shower could use scrubbing or remodel, not close enough to walk to the Ave, check out was stated as 11am and cleaning crew was present when we returned to check out shortly before 10:30am
