"Emerald Seas is in an amazing location with excellent service. The building is a bit older and outdated but very very clean and the amenities are great. Steps away from the beaxh and close dedicated free parking! I would most definitely stay there again !"

"The property was very well maintained and a short walk to the beach. Debbie (property manager) does a great job of keeping the facility in tip top condition for the guests. She was friendly and kind to us and other guests, addressing us by name. She was helpful with any questions we had. It was a fun and relaxing three day getaway."

"My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay very much - our first time. The amenities were very good, the pool area is very nice and the location is perfect. It was quiet and we always felt safe. You can walk to the best beach restaurants and leave your car parked at the hotel since there is no such thing as free parking in Deerfield Beach. Both Carolyn and Tonya (office) were very nice, both in person and via text. Good value as well. Nothing bad to say about Tropic Isle."
