In the heart of the golden triangle of Deauville, architect apartment comfortable. Designed as a house on the roof, the apartment is composed of a living / dining room / kitchen open on a beautiful terrace facing south.
The ground floor consists of 3 bedrooms.
Upstairs, the roof is converted into a bedroom.

Two toilets, an Italian shower in the master suite and a bathroom with shower and bath complete this exceptional property.
Note that access to the apartment, located on the 1st floor, is via a staircase so not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
A private outdoor parking space and a large closet under the stairs are part of the set.
A concierge is also available for any request during the stay.
