"We wanted a place to stay while we visited in the area. We found everything we needed here and a lovely ambiance. The proprietors have been creative and thoughtful. Only be aware there is a narrow steep spiral stair case to access the bedroom. "

"The staff were great. Food was amazing. Only thing is it is quite expensive for food and drink and rooms are tidy but have a damp smell to them. Beds are comfy enough though. Would stay again "

"Just an overnight stay as part of a long journey, but a most welcome sight after a 6 hour drive, Spacious car park accommodating our vehicles with trailers, lovely welcoming feel, staff friendly, breakfast great, wish I could have relaxed more. Cant comment on local area other than it looked nice as we drove away."
