Beautifully renovated ground floor apartment with 2 bedrooms. Fresh and modern furniture. Very convenient location at 30m from the beach. You don't have to cross the Royal Road to get to the sea! Enjoy the terrace and the communal garden (not fully enclosed)Bathroom and separate shower. Possible to place bicycles in front of the building.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
