What a view from the 23rd floor at the Peck Plaza in Daytona Beach Shores. I have owned this condo for 9 years and keep it up. You will not be disappointed. Peck Plaza has tennis, pickle ball, basketball, pool table, ping pong, library, work out equipment, heated pool and hot tub, and a club room. Currently one elevator of two working. No Smoking building. No pets per bylaws and service animals require prior association approval.

Perfect for us!

Randall’s property was just as described. Very simple but comfortable, amenities are wonderful. Restaurant on the top floor of the building is delicious and convenient. Thank you and we’ll see you again!

Awesome View

Excellent view of beach (beachfront). Can also see the intercostal and beach from the bedroom. Owner was polite and accommodating. Will definitely return. Large beanbag in living room was so comfy.
