Communal covered parking at the house. Shop, grocery, supermarket 50 m, restaurant, bar 100 m, bakery 50 m, bus stop "Symondpark" 50 m, indoor swimming pool 100 m.

Spacious and bright, partly renovated, very comfortable and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with separate WC and cable TV (flat screen), radio and hi-fi system. 1 room with 4 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed (1 x 180 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)) with small dining table. Bath/WC, double hand-basin. Underfloor heating. Natural stone floors. Large balcony 15 m2, south facing position. Very beautiful view of the mountains and the resort. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking, garage (extra). Suitable for families.
