We were greeted warmly at the door, and the hotel staff, Christine went over and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. Professional, friendly, approachable and excellent service. The hotel is conveniently located with various stores, restaurants & pubs along the street. Not noisy though, and we enjoyed a good rest and sleep at the hotel. Thank you for the lovely stay. "The hotel is literally right next to shepherd's bush station so very easily accessible, fast food, coffee shops & supermarket all less than 5mins walk. Hotel was ok for the price for London. On arrival our room had scaffolding outside the window so was unable to see anything, i wasnt informed about this prior to my arrival . "Stayed 3 nights..The twin room is a bit small but the cleanliness is superb.. an extra small chair/table would make it perfect.The area is close to grocery stores. Just be careful of your belongings when using the nearest underground."

"The hotel location is excellent, just across subway station, markets, restaurants. 10 min walk to V&A museum. Coffee, tea and a cookie in the room. Hotel has elevator, friendly staff, water in the lobby. Good buffet breakfast, chorizo, ham, cereals, juices, milk, cheeses, fresh fruits, etc. I will definitely go back. 5 start property for me. :) "

"Home Sweet Home Exquisite setting in an elegant residential area, close to public transportation, Camden Town and Little Venice. We loved our accommodations: cozy, extra clean, comfortable bedding, functional with large shower. Best of all was the family-like welcome from Lekha and the international feel enjoying a hearty delicious UK breakfast with other guests. We loved our stay at Primrose Cottage. It made us love our visit to London even more. A home to come home to every night."

"The lady on reception in the day was lovely and a credit to Balham Lodge. The room and public areas were clean and tidy. Location was great, about a 10-minute walk from Balham station with the northern line and national rail. There is also a bus stop near the front of the Lodge. I would stay again at Balham Lodge in a flash! "
