La struttura è datata e adattata per essere affitatta con finiture di basso pregio, i letti però sono confortevoli. Positivo il servizio di cambio asciugamani e rifacimento dei letti giornaliero. Keine Bettlampe, nichts. Zudem nur eine auffindbare Steckdose, die aber so versteckt hinter dem Bett war, dass man sie nicht nutzen konnte. An den Wänden hing kein einziges Bild oder ähnliches.
