Great overall house

Nice newer house. Great place that i hope to book again. My only complaint was that the internet was too slow to use, which means that the TVs didn't work either since they are all streaming TVs. I connected with my phone and the speed was less than 1mb/s

We had a fabulous time and a wonderful stay at the property. The house was beautiful and very spacious. Quiet, spacious, immaculately clean. Would recommend to others. To the staff thanks for checking in on us.

I had high hopes for this rental as it was a beautiful spacious new build. But at check in the cleaning crew was still there and when we finally got to go in they did a poor job there was trash left all on couch and outside. The kids were so excited to get in hot tub and it was SO nasty. There was a major drainage issue almost all sinks and toilets and showers wouldnt drain. The internet never worked during our stay so we were unable to watch any of the tvs. I reached out to the host and they said someone would be out for these issues and no one showed up. It was a beautiful home and plenty of room for a big family but it just hasnt been took care of.

There were a couple issues with our rental. The first was the hot tub. It was gross and the jets didn't work. We rented this cabin so the kids would have a hot tub then couldn't use it. I also thought the hot tub was drained after each use? This definitely was not the case. The second issue was the towels and cookware. The cookware is in terrible shape and there is barely any, we had to wash what was there because it was so dirty. This doesn't work for a large home this size. We only had about 6 bath towels for the entire house. There was also sticky stuff on the wall in the kitchen and bedroom. Check out time is 10 and the cleaning people shouldn't show up before then. This made our family very uncomfortable as we were packing up and leaving this morning.
