Easy parking and a comfortable, well appointed room. Breakfast was included in our stay and the service and food was exceptional! Easy walking to the BMO center. I loved them offering to bring us ice when we called about ice machines. Great service. The only strange thing was there weren’t true blackout blinds in the room just wooden blinds. "

"Our hotel room was amazing... The front desk staff was very helpful. The shuttle service on the way to the airport was not good. The Van was extremely dirty with dead bugs all over the front seat and on the inside of the front wind shield. But the shuttle service from the airport to the hotel at the end of our trip was in a shuttle Bus and was Excellent. The only other complaint was that the water park was still down for maintenance while we stayed there which was a disappointment. "
