Old East Dallas - April 25

The property is well cleaned and very adequate. It has all required contents but is not lavishly equipped. We had some issues on arrival but the host was very quick to respond and resolve those. The property location has become somewhat crowded in among newer redevelopments but on the other hand is very well located for access to central Dallas.

Excellent property

The house is great and was perfect for our recent stay. My only suggestions are to replace the two hairdryers - neither worked. Also, the kitchen is very light on appliances (ie, no blender or mixer), bowls, serving bowls, storage containers. Also needs a working brita water pitcher.

Amazing home, close to everything, great host!

This property far exceeded our expectations. With a group of 5, it was nice to have a space large enough for everyone to have their own tranquil spaces on the balcony, the back patio, the upstairs lounge area. Our host was super friendly and responded quickly whenever we needed him. He even brought us extra pots/pans for our family dinner. Also have to note, this place was a quick drive to downtown, Kylde Warren Park, and there are a few restaurants, shops and parks within walking distance. And the bathroom felt like a spa experience! I’d definitely stay here again.
