Welcome to the “ART HAUS” this is an ultra luxury property that is located in the heart of Dallas in the Oak Lawn neighborhood and is a brand new build! The property was designed by renowned Dallas designer Sarah Nowak and is dubbed the “Art Haus” for the vast amount of art the property has! We have furnished the property with high end furniture and finishes! The Oak Lawn neighborhood is 5 minutes away from American Airlines Center, Katy Trail, Deep Ellum, Downtown, and Uptown.

The property contains three bedrooms, all of which are upstairs. Each bedroom has its own television. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom with dual vanities. There is another full restroom located upstairs which accommodates the two other bedrooms. Upstairs, you will also find the game room, which contains a ping pong table, foosball table and television! Located directly off the game room is a covered balcony with seating and decor!
