"Brilliant stay, staff accommodation. Breakfast not very organised, no cups, milk etc. Nothing topped up or checked regularly. We had to keep asking for things but staff didn't acknowledge with a smile would just walk off and get what was needed. Not what you expect from a hotel of this standard. Overall would stay again but unsure if we would book breakfast! "

"What a find! Just staying the one night with my son for a Uni open day - really convenient for the station. Room spacious and clean. Was raining when we arrived late in the evening so chose to fine in the bar which had a nice ambience, good food selection and really friendly staff - which we found throughout.If he comes to Uni here - we will be back! "Our stay felt luxurious and relaxing. Room was very comfortable and quiet. We also had the opportunity to use the pool which was lovely. Breakfast was delicious. It's a bit harder getting here with public transportation. We walked from Pontyclun station which was okay but others may want to make sure they pre-arrange transportation if needed."
