The service was not up to standard as at check in we were not informed of ANY house rules and it was rather challenging when we returned from dinner having being locked out of the entire hotel section and no security guard or assistance was in sight. Bug spray 5. Extra toilet paper and garbage plastic. They should specify what they do not provide as this is self catering in order for guests to bring along whatever is not provided "
