"Overall, it seemed like the property manager was not ready for guests. The toilet instantly broke, the pool hadn’t been cleaned in probably weeks, and the apartment had stained sheets. It’s a nice place but really not worth the money."

"My group of friends and I have been planning weekend long get togethers at random vrbos and other rentals for a couple of years now and this one was a fantastic stay! The space was incredible and we had plenty of room to eat, sleep, and play. The hot tub was also incredible! The weather didn't give us a lot of options in terms of excursions but we took an hour long drive to Walden to check out the Angry Orchard cidery and it was well worth the drive. "Overall the stay was lovely. The house was clean, in a quiet neighborhood, cozy and fit our needs perfectly. The location was about 20 minutes from various restaurants and the larger town of Hawley. I could envision this being a great place to spend summer months at the pool, lakes and exploring the surrounding hiking trails and towns. Patrick was very responsive to my inquiries. The only downer was that the jacuzzi tub wasn't heating properly, but I'm sure this will be fixed."

"Kevin was a incredibly hospitable. The house is in a great location and you can find just about anything within walking distance. Port Jervis is a nice town where you can feel safe wandering about. The backyard was also great and very convenient for our dogs. 10/10 I recommend it!"

"Fishing/Lake: There is absolutely no access to the lake, including the community beach. No swimming. No fishing. Such details must be in the property's details in caps. Fishing or swimming is not allowed. Water: Smelly brown water in the house. You can’t drink it or cook with it or even take a shower. It is disguising. No heads-up about the water issue. Kitchen: The smell of dirty dishes welcomed us. It looks like the previous renters left them there. Only 4 forks and 1 knife in the house....

"Nice place. Says it sleeps 14. But some of us were on the couch. It doesn't have many place settings. We brought paper dishes and cups which worked out fine. Nice neighborhood."
