"The staff at the property are all so friendly and helpful, nothing is a problem for them to assist. English translation at front reception is excellent. They assisted us to confirm and book restaurants and grab vehicles. They have bicycles you can use for free. A free shuttle bus into old town for convenience. Breakfasts are well catered for. Property in good location. Have stayed there on two occasions, very good prices, highly recommend it."

"The management and staff could not be any more nicer than these people, they made us feel so welcome and we really did feel a part of the family. "The property was clean and well maintain and the staff was extremely friendly and willing to accommodate any request to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The pools were great for relaxation and the spa and treatments were first class and coming from the US, very reasonable as well. The entire staff was great and Hawg who helped us check-in and show us the property assisted us during our entire stay. We would stay here again and also recommend to anyone who is looking for a great resort that is in a great location in Hoi An where you can walk or take other transportation a short distance to many attractions."
