Everything was exactly as described and more. Beds are very comfortable! Everything we needed for our stay was available for cooking/eating. Theres a canister of pancake mix for guests to use with syrup and even real butter! If we are in the area again will definitely stay here again. stay h

Myself, my husband and our 13 year old son visited while in town to do some kayaking, the house was a perfect fit. Great amenities, right down the road about 4 miles or so is where our kayaking rental was. Great stay, perfect location

The property is absolutely spotless with all the amenities you may need. So relaxing and comfortable! Very quiet and just minutes away from all the nearby restaurants and water activities. Cottage Cozy
This property is one of our favorites. It’s clean, cozy, and convenient to Crystal River downtown restaurants, Fort Island Trail boat ramp, and the Fort Island Beach. From beach towels, flip flops, and a grill everything you need is at your fingertips. Our stays are always super easy and very relaxing. Communicating with the owners is top notch and we look forward to our next stay.

We had such a great time at this home. Location was perfect for our little get-away at Crystal River...we also went to Silver springs. The home was "warm" and inviting. Very well stocked with all amenities, plus some nice extras...It was clean and lovely. good communication from the owners. We will be back!!!

Cozy Convenient Cottage
This cozy cottage is convenient to all that Crystal River has to offer; delicious downtown eateries, boat ramps, manatee swims, The plantation, and it’s still private! The property is clean and shaded. The cottage lives larger than its appearance and has character from the past. Communication with the owners is super simple and we will book our stay again. Hate to let this this secret out. 😉

This property is in a very convenient location to join a manatee snorkeling trip. My wife and I felt safe at this property and the owners were very easy to communicate with. Would feel safe bringing my whole family and stay here on our next trip.

Fantastic place!
We had a fantastic stay in Crystal Springs! It was super clean and they provided numerous supplies for us like pancake mix, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Lots of towels were provided for us. The washer and dryer was a bonus too. They even provided us with laundry soap . Loved to use the bikes and walk and bike the lively neighborhood. Very friendly people in the neighborhood. The owners would come by to keep the outside cleaned up and collect garbage. Super nice owners! Definitely a great location to visit sights.

Comfy, close, quiet to Crystal River Attractions
Place was very clean with plenty of parking. Has 2 bedrooms- one with a king bed and another has a queen bed. Fridge was clean, there was pancake supplies, limited k cup coffee, a few snacks. Neighborhood was quiet. Very close to Three Sisters Springs -which has great manatee viewing. Very close to the only sandy beach in Crystal river (7 miles away). We swam with manatees, shopped the small single owner stores in the downtown. Grocery store was Winn Dixie about three quarters of a mile away. We kayaked in King's Bay, and also at the Chaz. We swam thru limestone tunnels of the Seven Sisters springs at the Chassahowitzka Wildlife Refuge. Rented electric bikes and rode the bike trail. This was a fun vacation with a terrific home base. We did contact the owners to ask how to turn on the heat ( it was in the 40's at night) and they were responsive. Yes! We would stay there again!

We had a relaxing stay. We visited with some of neighbors as they were out on a walk. Great front deck. Comfortable living room. Bed was firm and wonderful (we often don't like the beds of places we stay so this was a nice surprise). Nice location to get to other adventures.
