"This property was so spacious and included everything we needed, and more! We brought two boats, both 24 ft, and they both fit at the dock. Our party included 8 adults and 3 teens, and we all slept comfortably. "

"Nice staff, clean rooms, very laid-back. The tiki bar has great food. The little coffee breakfast bar is very very slow. But you also get a bag breakfast that you pick up at the desk that is a nice touch. Especially when you’re on the go. We’ll be back. We’ve stayed there before and we’re very happy with the upgrades."

"One of the best vacations thus far! This house is clean, easy to get to, and the owner is great to work with. We had no issues while staying but if we did Rebecca is super responsive and friendly. We didn’t bring our boat this trip as it was our first time to this area. We will be coming back and bringing the boat. This house can easily handle a bay boat tied to the dock. The pool was clean and refreshing to come back to after exploring the area. Everyone had a great time, teenager and dog approved. We will be returning to this house in the future! "

"Excellent spot for a scalloping trip. We had 2 families staying with kids aged 4 thru 9. The house is great for boaters, with floating docks in a very calm and quiet canal that fit our two boats. There is almost no idle time to get to the main river where you can run. And there is a very large clean and well functioning ice machine in the garage. The outside is well appointed with a pool, tiki hut with bar and grill, horseshoe pits, pool toys, kayaks, other yard game, etc. The garage also has several games that the kids loved. We already booked again for next summer, highly recommended."

"This property had TONS of space inside, nice open area which was perfect for our large extended family. The kids lived in the pool for the 4 days we were there! The location is perfect making it easy to just jump on our boat and head out for the day. We will definitely stay at Manatee Manor again! Thanks Chris! "

"This boutique stay with a quaint charm was way more than expected. We knew it got good ratings, but we literary were amazed at the charm of this place. The room we had was amazing, staff was incredible, and the restaurant had incredible food. Our bed was very comfortable and the room was spotless. It was a sweet surprise after our long day of travel. We will definitely be back."
