"Pros: Lots of table space | 24/7 reception | Very close to Gateway Gardens Station and bus stop |Coffee machine | Comfortable big bed | Power sockets (including USB!) were plentiful and in the right places | Clean room | Safe easy to use| Helpful staff (especially Alex who checked me in and secured my luggage post-check out as I explored Frankfurt and surrounding area) Suggestions for improvement: make transport information more obvious at reception (as Deutsche Bahn keep stopping services to Gateway Gardens throughout the day) |Provide moisturiser"
