"We chose this place because it was close to the Giez golf club. Reception is closed between 12-16:00 and after 19:00 which is not convenient. We stayed 1 night only on ground floor 1 bedroom apartment. Place needs serious maintenance, no ventilation in bathroom and toilet, stuffy and there was mildewed smell. You have to make your own bedsheets. Bed is hard and uncomfortable. There was a heating dryer but worked only 2 minutes and stopped working. Fridge freezer door was missing and we bought...

"Beautiful setting, quiet, ski in/ski out access was great. Wonderful facilities to enjoy after a day on the slopes - pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam. Handy on site shop which had everything we needed for a week of self catering. Friendly and helpful staff. "

"Our family of 2 adults and 4 kids (ages 4 to 13) just got back from a trip here. We are already planning to go back next year! The only downside was having to buy our own toilet paper after the first roll (not a big deal, just wish we would have known before we just got back from the grocery store). The location absolutely could not be beat! It was right by the train station where the Mer de Glacé train leaves from and within walking distance to everything we needed. Would be good if bread/croissants could be delivered to the apartments rather than collecting at reception. "Great place for our family of 3 generations & 9 people. Everyone loved the pool! Convenient for trips into Annecy or tour around lake. More restaurants nearby than expected- but plan on reservations. The HEAT! We’d rather not discuss.....but it was record breaking for France....."
