"Check in was easy and very personal. Jim was extremely helpful and friendly. The B&B’s location is perfect for walking through Derry and access to restaurants and pubs. We were able to park for free along the street out front Our room was clean and comfortable. We slept extremely well. We greatly appreciates the free wi-fi and morning Breakfast. But best of all wa the owner’s hospitality. Highly recommend Bishops Gate B&B. "

"Received a very warm welcome at the door with bags taken to the room and incredibly friendly staff. Can't fault the hotel at all - although getting the keycard to work on the lift took a couple of tries on some occasions. Didn't get a chance on this occasion to try the spa but the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. It's also a perfect location to explore the city with just a short walk across the peace bridge leaving you at the Guildhall. "

"Helen was a lovely host and the house was beautifully set up for Bed & Breakfast stays. The room was spacious and the bed was really comfortable. The room was private and quiet. Breakfast was just what we wanted and the ensuite was so convenient. "
