Family house near Richelieu with swimming pool 12 adults/2 babies

This former farmhouse, located just 10 minutes from Richelieu in southern Touraine, has been carefully restored to offer charm and comfort to its visitors, whether for family gatherings or stays with friends.

The property is spread over two levels:

Ground floor:
An open kitchen with a dining area opening onto a covered outdoor terrace, a large living area with a dining room that can accommodate 12 people and a wood stove, a large cozy living room with a wood fireplace (no TV), sofas, and giant poufs.
The kitchen is equipped with a raclette machine, fondue set, yogurt maker, ice cream maker, standard coffee maker, microwave, American-style refrigerator, electric oven, and gas hobs.
For your children: 2 high chairs
- a bathroom with double washbasin and shower, hairdryer
- a games room with table football, numerous board games and books, and a puppet theatre
- bedroom with 160x200 bed and large dressing room
- laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities
- separate toilet

First floor:
- 2 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds
- 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed + 1 cot
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed
- separate wc
- bathroom with bath
The staircase is secured by a barrier.

Outside:

Garden furniture (table and 12 chairs), charcoal barbecue
Secure pool with a gate, 4x10 meters, flat bottom (1.80 m deep), chlorine filtration, 5 sunbeds, unheated, available from early May to late September.

Bed linen and towels are not provided. You can bring your own or rent them (double bed kit: €25/bed including towels for 2 people / single bed kit: €20/bed including towels for 1 person, beds not made on arrival).

Household linen (tea towels, bath mats) and cleaning products are provided.

Parties are strictly forbidden; this house is the owner's family residence.

We regret that we cannot accept pets.

Some outbuildings are not open for rental and are private.

The house is not equipped with a charging station for electric vehicles, but the village has 2 charging points near the house.
Wi-Fi is available via ADSL (sorry, but fiber has not yet arrived).

The secure indoor parking can accommodate up to 5 vehicles. A security camera overlooks the indoor parking area (facing the gate).

Children over 1 year old who do not sleep in a crib are considered adults in terms of sleeping capacity.
