Some things are better, others need work
Read all the reviews prior to staying. Most of the poor reviews have been resolved. As soon as I made the reservation they called me to confirm the reservation and allowed me to ask any questions. During my stay they called daily to check to see if I needed anything. We did have issues with a pool alarm when we checked in. We text the after hours number and got an immediate response. Overall, the home is beautiful. The location is nice, but it is confusing. The address on google is Donna Allen, however, they say it’s Janice Allen. The home number on the sign outside the home also does not match the listing or what comes up on google. It did not cause too much issue, but something to note for travelers. The cleaning is also not the best. I appreciate that they require very little from the individuals staying when checking out. But, with that being said there were some items that were dirty. Dishes in cabinet were covered in dust. Cabinets were dirty. The front of the fridge, oven and dishwasher were covered in smear marks from a wash cloth and you could see it had not been cleaned properly. Bedrooms, main living room, dining room, downstairs living room snd game room were all clean. The main concern is the bathrooms and kitchen. However, this house is massive, so I can understand the struggle with getting it prepared for the next guest in a timely manner while cleaning it properly. We did not let the small things ruin our time, and immediately hopped into the pool.
