Misleading Price

Description of the property did not include cost of pets. Cost was not communicated until we were given the rental agreement after we paid for the reservation. We paid $230 for additional pet fees. The sofa bed mattress was thin and uncomfortable for the kids to sleep on. We will not be staying at this location again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great little place for a couple not 4. The pull out couch needs to have an actual mattress not just springs. Could not use the pull out bed. Had to sleep on the couch as the bed is a full size bed. 2 grown adults don't fit on the bed. And we are not a couple. Fire alarms don't work and there is no carbon monoxide detectors.

Reviewer Comments: Here's what you're getting in this rental:Cockroaches - I notified the agency and they didn't offer me a different option and downplayed finding roaches in the kitchen area. She asked me, "are they big roaches or small roaches." I don't care, they're cockroaches! The couch is repaired with a patch on the arm rest. Waling distance to the beach which was nice.
