the location is great, the house was clean except for the refrigerator which was sad because I think all the appliances were fairly new so someone didn't take care of the fridge, backyard was wonderful plenty of patio furniture, we understood by the description that 3 of the bedrooms had bathrooms but not the case which she had since corrected there is a stand alone casita but it doesn't have a bathroom you have to go outside across the patio into the main house to use bathroom. The upstairs loft room does not have a queen size bed it is a double bed and it smelled like a kids room who peed the bed, there is no mirror in this room either it does have a bathroom with shower no tub. If you don't care about sleeping arrangements it is a good house in great location but we would not stay there again
