Nice get away

It was exactly what we wanted. It was super clean. Amber was super helpful when the water main broke and left us with out water. The only bad part was none of the grills in the grilling area worked. My family and I loved it and had a blast.

Good stay, but ...

The property was nice, it was big enough for our family and the beach is within walking distance. It had all the necessary amenities for a family including games and toys. The beds were comfortable. The pool was nice as well. On the other side, I was a bit disappointed with the property description. The description said it was 1 minute walk to the beach, which lead me to believe it was a beach front property and it's not. You have to walk across the street and 2 parking lots. Also, no where on the description it mentioned (unless I totally missed it) that is was located on the second floor with NO elevator. I had my parents with me and mom has some health issues,so for her walking up and down the stairs was a challenge. I have rented vrbo properties in several occasion, typically in the past once I have made my reservation, I immediately get some type of communication from the owner or manager stating they have received my reservation. About a week prior I will get another email stating instructions and that they will be followed by the check in codes, typically a day or two prior to arrival. This time around I received no communication at all. I was concerned about the status of the property due to the hurricane that had just passed. I emailed requesting info and received no answer. The night before I had not received any check in instructions (I was getting nervous at this point), I emailed once again and finally received information about 8:50pm that night. At check out, I texted the manager to let her know about us checking out and never received any kind of response from her.

Beautiful condo!

This property is clean, beautiful and fully stocked. Located just a walk across the street from North Beach or just a block drive down the street if u prefer to take your vehicle. It was very clean upon arrival and had everything we needed and then some in the kitchen and bathrooms. I personally loved having the keypad Vs a key to keep up with! The property is gorgeous and the pool is amazing after a long day on the beach! I also had no problems getting in contact with the property owner and she was very helpful. My only critique if u will is that there was not a tv in the bedroom with the bunk beds. Easy fix!

Excellent location and property

We enjoyed our stay. The location is literally across the street from the beach. The complex is small and felt private. The actual condo was spacious and well designed. Everything was clearly, and aesthetically labeled. It was clean and inviting and the showers had excellent water pressure, which was nice after a long day at the beach.

Not only was the condo beautifully decorated, but the property manager was wonderful to work with! The unit was stocked with everything you might need. The beach is directly across the street. We had a great day body-surfing and playing in the sand. The pool was clean and well-acted for! We had a wonderful vacation!

Easy family beach getaway

Lovely, comfortable condo easily accommodates a family. Nice pool and clean beach directly across the street. Close to plenty of restaurants and activities.

Decent, but wouldn’t stay there again

The main reason I chose this property over the others I looked at (that were nicer & a better beach view) was because it advertised having an elevator; that was false. My 77 year old mother was with us & the steep stairs were a major issue for her (& she nearly fell 4 times). The beach was more than just a small walk across the street, but it could have been worse. The condo itself was adorable decorated, but it was not up to my standards of clean. Even though we’re near the beach, it still should be as sand-free as possible; it wasn’t. There was sand on the floors & in the bathtub; there was some trash in & around the master bed from previous visitors; and the dishes were not 100% clean. The Property Manager, Amanda, was very sweet & tried to be helpful, but that still did not make up for the false advertising of the elevator & a dirty property.

Beautiful Condo

The pictures are accurate. The condo was very clean and the remodel and decor were great. The walk to the beach was quick and easy and it was great to have the parking lot as well to bring our tent and chairs easily to the beach. The beach area was not overcrowded and driving on the beach was not allowed in the immediate area which was great for us. The pool at the condo is also inviting and clean. We enjoyed our stay and felt safe and comfortable. Thank you!

The property was clean, updated, and met all our needs for a fun, relaxing family beach vacation.

We brought our 7 children on vacation to the beach. The condo was great. Everyone had a bed and the kitchen had sufficient pans and skillets we needed to make our meals. My husband enjoyed grilling (propane grills) down by the pool while the kids swam. The beach was just across the street so we could go there in the morning, come back for lunch, relax in the shade by the pool, and go back to the beach in the evening. We didn't need to take anything but our sand toys along to the beach so we didn't have sand in our vehicle or on our towels. It was so relaxing... beautiful sunrises over the water. We would definitely recommend this property.

Wonderful place and great owner

The condo was very clean and well maintained, and the location to the beach was awesome. Just a two minute walk, and if you want to drive there is a free parking lot across the street or you can go to the access way towards actually driving and parking on the beach. Me plus 7 went for the 4th of July to celebrate, and it was a great spot to see fireworks, fish and have bonfires on the beach. Checking in and out was a really easy process and Amanda was wonderfully accommodating as well as professional and friendly. I highly recommend it here!

Enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our visit here. We loved all the upgrades! Thanks for having many things to cook with and the beach towels were an extra added surprise. We loved all the beach decorations! The only thing that we would have liked to have is some cleaning spray for the counters and tables!

A Little Piece of Heaven

Our condo was beautiful. The bedrooms were nice and clean. The kitchen was great for a large family to get together to make meals and talk about our daily experiences at the beach. The extra blankets in the living room were a plus for those of us who were extra sensitive to the AC at night. No problems with the thermostat. The codes for the gate and the doorknob to our room was a terrific idea! No more keys to hassle with anymore! Overall it was a great week. We hope to rent this exact room next summer.

Great condo, perfect location!

The condo is beautiful! Spacious, tastefully decorated, and well stocked. The washer and dryer was a huge plus! We especially loved the location. It is a 3 minute walk to the beach, and you can see the water from the front porch. The pool area was super clean and well maintained. The courtyard is private to guests only, and feels like a little jungle get away! We will definitely stay here again!

Windward Way Condo

This place is fantastic!! We have 5 children and this was the perfect place to bring them. It's located just a cross the street from the ocean, for quick trips to the beach, or you can stay all day. There is also a pool that the kids used. There was plenty of room in the unit for all of us including my parents. And , we had quite a bit of rain during our vacation, but the unit was stocked with games for the kids so they didn't get too bored. The place was extremely clean and comfortable. They keep it pretty well stocked with necessary items, if you read their contract agreement all the way through it tells you what to expect in that area. I would absolutely recommend this property to family and friends, and we hope to be back soon. I think that get only thing that would make it better would be if the property had a hot tub, but that's a pretty big request.
