This remodeled beach home and Efficiency Apt. will become a favorite for your family vacations year after year. They are located in 'Old Town' Port Aransas within walking distance to beach, restaurants, shopping, fishing, boating and more. The CORAL COTTAGE is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, with coastal decor that will sleep 8 people comfortably. 1 Bedroom/1 Bath Efficiency apt.(Boathouse) and is decorated with a nautical theme. We love spending time at the 'Coral Cottage' and Boathouse in Port Aransas,Texas and find it to be quaint, charming and a very relaxing vacation beach house and apt. The property also has a fenced yard and outdoor shower with hot/cold water.

Sit back and reflect on the day's adventure on this timeless front porch.

Beautifully landscaped surroundings make it a cozy place to stay. The Coral Cottage kitchen has brand new modern stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with dishware adding a tropical flare. The living room allows for additional sleeping arrangements on the sofa and chair pull outs. Ceiling fans and central air & heat with additional window units ensure you'll be comfortable after your warm day at the beach. Off street parking and walkways are crushed granite for added beauty and safety.

Had to speak with the owner several times during our stay. She communicated with me in a timely manner and extremely eager to help with the issues we were having. The backyard at the property is not huge but gave our grandkids and granddog a safe place to play without worry of traffic. Unfortunately, there is a nightclub extremely close to the house in which we could hear the thumping inside the house however the only time we could hear the actual singing was when we were outside. They were playing good music so we just enjoyed it while we hung out. We had four vehicles (2 large pickups, 1 van, and 1 car) during our stay but parking was never a problem. The drive is a meant for one car but there is ample parking off to the side. The only problem we ran into was having a bathroom that is open to the entrance/exit to the backyard. We worked around the issue and made it work for us. There are two bathrooms with showers but no tub however there is an outdoor shower which was quite handy after a day at the beach. All in all, our stay was great and I certainly thank the owner for communicating with me throughout our stay.

We enjoyed the fact that we could walk to restaurants, taverns, grocery store, beach, etc. The back yard was really nice for relaxing, bonfires, games, etc. Loved the boathouse as well, how unique is that?!? Madelyn was nice to talk with and helpful when we had a question.

Great time!
This was a comfortable spot, very convenient to stores, restaurants and the beach. During August the ACs had to work really hard but they pulled through. The kids loved having what they called their humble abode- the boathouse where they slept.
