Don't be fooled by the quiet location of this 5 bedroom retreat, while tucked away from the commotion of the beach it's just a short walk to the beach, Corolla Light activities and pools, shopping, restaurants or the Currituck Lighthouse.

Top Level: Great room with TV/DVD/VCR, wood fireplace, stereo with CD and a game table seating 3, kitchen with breakfast bar seating 2, dining area seating 8, play loft for the kids and a glassed in porch with smart TV. Queen Semi-Private Master Bedroom with TV/DVD/VCR and deck access (bathroom shared with top level living areas).

Extras: 4 TVs, 2 DVDs, 2 VCRs, glassed in porch, high-speed internet, outdoor shower, charcoal grill, stereo with CD, wood fireplace, sun deck, play loft, video library, community water, linens and towels provided and Corolla Light Community Amenities for 11 (Corolla Light is a private community that requires guests to wear wristbands to access community amenities). Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Outside could use a little spruce

The property is pushed up into a small wooded area between houses. Nice and secluded while in a neighborhood and part of a resort, it’s nicely placed. There are pine needles and spiders all over though. The outside could use a little clean up and to be treated for bugs. Lots of porch space but they are not cleaned and they are overrun with 8legged friends. There is an osprey that sits in a nearby tree that you can watch though! The inside of the property itself is just as pictured. The rooms are spacious and clean. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking supplies. There are no staple items in the house - you do have to bring your own. (Hand soap, toilet paper, salt and pepper- none of them) The ottoman had games and puzzles pieces but they were all old/worn/tore apart/missing pieces so bring your own cards/games. The house opens up to the laundry room with stairs to the first level - that has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, then another set of stairs to the main living level/kitchen (don’t pack groceries heavy) and a master bedroom/bath, then one more set of stairs to the adorable loft area. This is part of the Corolla Light resort community so those amenities are offered. The rooms were perfect, it has the three full bathrooms, perfect fit for families.
