"Cute and stylish cottage (we were in the Milking Parlour), easy to find and good location. Cosy for a few days for a couple but the outside space a bit disappointing. Inside the cottage is pretty much exactly as per the photos. It's stylish and cleverly designed for multi-functional self-catering. Even has a dishwasher! Some tea, coffee beans, sugar, milk and olive oil kindly provided. The smart home features for air-con, heating, radio etc take getting used to but are effective. Could do with...

"Nine adults and 6 young children all had a great time. Only one day warm enough for the pool but lots to do locally for kids and within an hours drive. House very well provisioned and wanting for nothing except very localised WiFi. Would go back."

"The cottage is lovely. I was a little surprised/disappointed by the close proximity of other houses as the pictures make it look quite rural. A good sized cottage with a beautiful garden leading out onto a recreation ground which was ideal for the children and walking the dogs. "We really loved staying at this house. It’s in the perfect location, stepping out straight into the woods. We spotted 4 deer at sunset on one day, and came across many of the wild horses that roam around in the area. Several great walks in nearby woods too. We recommend visiting the Raptor Centre nearby too. The house was perfect for us. Everything you could need. It was clean & tidy. We really appreciated the bottle of Prosecco & a lovely chocolate cake! Anne greeted us and came to say goodbye...

"The cottage is ideally located, only a short 5-10 minute drive to the coast and is on its own in a private part of the retreat. The enclosed garden is perfect if you have a dog with you and would be a lovely space to enjoy in the spring / summer. The kitchen had everything you could need and the bedrooms are light and airy, although little things like making sure there is salt in the salt grinder would be appreciated. "What to say the goods are great location for a trip to the Dorset coast architecturally the building promises so much and that’s pretty much it the property is functional and has all you need to a degree kitchen bits are hit and miss. This was supposedly new for 2020 all I can say is it must have had a hard past 4 years the property is very unloved and un kept work tops in kitchen never been oiled so now ruined over grown courtyard with stagnant water hot tub is not private as overlooked by...
