"Our family greatly enjoyed our week staying in Watercombe. The waterfront is stunning and we frequently took out the kayaks to explore the bay. All amenities worked very well for us. One note for anyone staying longer (we stayed for a full week) would be that trash and recycling have to be driven out to the main road on collection day and there is not an outdoor bin to store a trash should you generate more than one bag."

"The property and the hosts were more than we expected. We stayed at the cottage because of a music festival that we attend every year. The cottage was only 15 minutes away and was by far the best place we have stayed in. It was very clean and nicely decorated. We loved having a fire our first night then waking every morning with a coffee and watching the fog clear on the river. We would not hesitate to book again!"

"Host could not have been more responsive and we found the location excellent. However the place was not cleaned very well, with garbage still under the sink and floors unswept. We were four older fisherman who were happy enough but our wives would not have been. We tried to clean on our departure but woke to a power failure in the area. All in all , as advertised. The host was responsive, but he should get a new cleaning team."

The cottage has 6 separate bedrooms most of which are connected in an open concept manner.
