Told us he would be back during our absence so we were not bothered, but when we got back at night, TV was still not working. Person in the front desk was very helpful and gave us a new room. "The room rate was reasonable and hotel is in good condition. Airport shuttle was timely and the overnight parking fee of $10 per night while I was away was a welcomed bonus. Shuttle drivers were pleasant and helpful with luggage. I will stay again when I have early flights. "
