"After our wedding and the stress of putting it all together this little getaway was exactly the place we needed. Gorgeous inside and out and Kent was super personable very responsive and couldn’t have asked for a better host. If you’re looking for an out of town getaway but close enough to run and grab something this little grain silo is where you want to be."

"Cabin was perfect for our stay. Very private and quiet. Owner let us pet and feed the animals. Was nice sitting next to the fire pit star gazing. Onsite cook made and delivered all our delicious meals, she even delivered us some adult beverages from town. Owner was charming and accommodating. Overall had a wonderful time!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin was exceptionally comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower. The bed was comfortable. WiFi was good. Our cabin included a deck with hot tub and table with chairs. The setting was charming with geese and a guinea hen. We enjoyed our neighbors, most of whom were camping nearby. Highly recommended for a relaxing and unique experience!"

"Well, hmmm, the concept was great but the attention to detail was extremely lacking….it certainly would be a tight sleeping arrangement/ squeeze for 4 adults, there were 3 of us. And for starters: Couch was filthy, ladder to the loft …we are in our 60s and was sketchy for our age group AND, Im a pretty adventurous soul and grandma, would NoT want my Grands attempting that ladder to the loft…shower curtain mildewed, coffee pot wasn't working properly… rain came thru the bottom of the door....

"This house is on a large ranch, and if you are looking to get away from the city, this place fits the bill. Lots of deer and cows and wide open space. No WiFi, but AT&T cell service was good enough to stream video. Master plus two other sleep rooms, we split between the boys and the girls. Front porch is good area to watch the deer. House is well equipped with all the "stuff" you need to cook. There is an HEB in town, with lots of outdoor activities including Colorado Bend and Inks Lake State...

"I don't like to speak ill of anyone, but IF you don't have high expectations of where you lay your head at night and want to find a new friend, you have found the perfect spot. It is way out of town on a nicely maintained stretch of highway. The quiet ranch-style place has a couple of used storage sheds that the hosts have turned into a 'cabin.' "This host is super sweet. We had a small issue when we arrived, but she took care of it right away. The house was nice, area was nice. I would certainly stay there again. The only negative thing I have about the entire house is the beds aren't very comfortable, but other than that, it was great!"
