A delightful home base in Cooenhagen
This apartment is beautiful, peaceful, and was perfect for our family of 3. It has a well stocked kitchen, cute balcony with lovely view, and a super comfy big bed! We enjoyed taking the harbor bus around the city, easy access to the park and nearby playgrounds. We stayed 2 weeks and would jave been happy to stay longer

This is a wonderful place to stay. The space was clean and cozy with a beautiful view and big windows to enjoy it. Comfortable beds and very functional living space. Our host was very responsive and helpful.

Perfect base for exploring Copenhagen
Very responsive owner and really conveniently located for getting into the city. If you have a car, street parking is available but save yourself the hassle and arrange with the owner for the parking pass that allows parking at the rear of the building. This does cost a small daily fee but well worth it.

Islands Brugge Hot Spot in København.
Excellent host. Excellent property. The location was perfect, with very convenient access to many of the attractions in København. Public transportation was easily available. The neighborhood is very active and safe. The condo was very relaxing with a great view and well stocked kitchen.

Top Lage, tolle Ausstattung, aber Küche und Bad nicht ausgeräumt
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und liegt direkt am Hafen. Man ist zu Fuß sehr schnell in der Altstadt, bei der Kleinen Meerjungfrau usw. Die Wohnung war allerdings nicht wirklich "leer". Im Kühlschrank und in der Dusche standen noch Lebensmittel bzw Duschgel usw. Daher Punktabzug

zentrale Lage in einem schönen Viertel, sehr geräumig, problemlose Kommunikation, freundlicher Empfang, W-lan und Netflix, Ausziehbett im Kinderzimmer für zwei Jugendliche mit 1,80 m etwas knapp. Wohnung des Eigentümers: Nutzung von Kaffeeautomat, Waschmaschine und Trockner usw. möglich.

die Wohnung ist super, kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Lage auch super, mit dem Rad alles gut zu erreichen. Einziger Kritikpunkt: PKW Stellplatz sollte inbegriffen sein, wir hatten unser PKW bei Buchung angegeben. Hat leider nicht geklappt

Top Lage!
Positiv zu erwähnen... - Lage der Wohnung (mit dem Fahrrad alle Touristen-Hotspots super und sehr schnell zu erreichen, Auto nicht notwendig) - Fahrradabstellmöglichkeit in der Tiefgarage - ruhige, große und schön eingerichtete Wohnung mit Blick aufs Wasser und bis zur Alten Börse (Anmerkung: In der Küche fehlte uns ein großer Topf zum Nudeln kochen.) - jederzeit Kontakt mit Vermieter möglich Wir waren verwundert, weil im Kühlschrank noch Lebensmittel (und auch nicht sauber) bzw. im Bad viele persönliche Dinge waren (z.B. sehr viele Duschgels in der Dusche, kein Platz für unsere Dinge). Das haben wir so nicht erwartet. Als wir den Vermieter darüber informierten, wollte er uns eine Reinigungskraft schicken. Er hat sich entschuldigt und meinte, dass die Reinigung dieses Mal von einer anderen Reinigungskraft erfolgt ist. Wir hatten den Kühlschrank zwischenzeitlich selbst ausgewischt und so bekamen wir unverzüglich eine Gutschrift vom Vermieter! Die Dusche ist oberflächlich sauber, benötigt jedoch in den Ecken und an den Armaturen eine bessere Reinigung, da sich dort mit der Zeit Schmutz und Kalk gebildet haben. Sind beim nächsten Mal der Kühlschrank leer und sauber und das Badezimmer auch, dann gibt es 5 Sterne.

Ein sauberes, modernes und gut zugeschnittenes Appartement mit schöner Aussicht und nettem Vermieter. Gute Lage, da alles fußläufig zu erreichen war. Wasserbus ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Unbedingt weiter zu empfehlen.
