The house is off a busy road and I am a light sleeper, but we didn’t hear noise and did not experience any issues with the church on Sunday or neighbor (they were very friendly). We loved there was individual ac units in each room. We would stay again."

"We had a wonderful visit to Beaufort which was made more special by staying here. 4 spacious bedrooms with 3 bathrooms, Large living space and deck upstairs with another deck downstairs, a hammock to just rock yourself to sleep and kayaks to enjoy the estuary and wildlife. Well equipped kitchen and modern furnishings. The views from the house and deck were simply stunning. There were 2 kayaks to explore the shoreline. Ideal for our family gathering. The host was quick to respond at all times....

"The temperature in the house was comfortable, and the upstairs bed (where I slept) was amazingly comfortable. Loved sitting on the front porch and watching the people walk by. We were so close to Bay Street and all the shops and restaurants. Parked the car once, and walked to everything within 5 minutes. Ashley's place is not furnished or decorated like many of the VRBO's we've stayed in the past, so if you are looking for fine linens and draperies and accessories, you won't find them. But you...

"The house is very spacious, clean and well appointed. The hostess was very gracious and very quick to reply to any messages I sent. My husband and I spent most of our time on the deck admiring the beautiful view, watching the dolphins swim by, crabbing and fishing from the dock (SC saltwater fishing license required), floating in the pool and just enjoying the peacefulness of the moment. We explored Beaufort and Hunting Island. It was a wonderful experience."
