Your fantastic, private balcony, equipped with a small table and chairs, invites you to savour a glass of good wine in the fresh air while absorbing the view of the sea and white rooftops around you. The communal, 100 m2 terrace of the building offers this same stunning panorama overlooking the sea and the historic center. Equipped with sun loungers, sofas, shades and some tables and chairs, this is where you can spend some unforgettable hours over a delicious meal, watching the famous sunsets of the Costa de la Luz color the horizon. Due to the property’s spectacular location in a pedestrian area, a fantastic variety of shops, local restaurants, cafes and bars are all in the immediate vicinity. You are additionally situated just a 5-minute walk from both the romantic beach promenade and the beach Los Bateles and you will find many other beaches just a bit further down the coastline.
