"Fantastic hotel with attentive staff, cosy and clean room. Restaurant was fabulous, food great and lovely wine selection. It was a quick overnight stay so didn’t get chance to use the spa but will definitely visit again sometime."

"The hotel is in an old building, but my room was lovely. The bed and bedding were wonderful. The bathtub/shower combination had lots of hot water and strong water pressure . The hotel is practically across the street from the magnificent train station, and a twelve minute walk to downtown on a beautiful walk. There are two great restaurants a block or two away for either French or Italian food. The breakfast was a very good continental breakfast. The staff were all friendly and polite. One standout was Vincent, who checked me in when I arrived. He recommended restaurants and helped me with a dinner reservation. When I returned from dinner, he inquired if I enjoyed my meal. He obviously enjoys his work - he made me feel like a valued guest at the hotel!"
