"This property is actually located very near to a great part of town...very near. For the price of this loft, I was expecting it to feel and look more like the photo online. This place was not in very good shape. It smelled a little dank, the flooring did not feel very clean, area rug was curled up at the edges and worn. "Clean and well decorated apartment facing a pretty yard. The location was close to everything in Knoxville, which was a huge plus for us. The streets in the neighborhood are not lit and full of turns so make sure to use GPS at night. The only downside was the seating room furniture is uncomfortable and the beds have no box spring so it's not the most comfortable sleep."

"The stay was awesome but the door code didn’t work. Finally got ahold of the manager to change it. Took 5 times of changing the door code to finally get it to finally work. Took over an hour to get in the room which upset me and the group a bit. But that’s the only negative I have to say about the trip."

"Old town is a cute spot and the loft is a great space. However the amenities were lacking. Bed spread had holes ( burn holes?). One of the beds was broken and slanting. Pillows were very uncomfortable and not suitable for a rental of this price. The space also got hotter thru the night. Towels were stacked on a dusty shelf. This space has so much potential but I wouldn’t repeat stay."
