"Absolutely beautiful newly renovated property! Decor and service were top quality. We had a small issue with our shower and the host sorted it immediately and efficiently. Lovely to be able to visit the wine cellar next door and taste the local produce. Highly recommended. The photos on the listing don’t do it justice at all. Recommend nearby pizza place called Fluke for dinner too. Walking distance to it. "

"We were only able to stay one night, but our night at the Vallombrosa vineyard was very peaceful. The hosts were very helpful and kind and were gracious to bring me some emergency supplies. Although the property lies in a beautiful setting, it’s important to note that it takes at least 30 minutes to get to Lugano and the lake by car. "We stayed one night at the wonderful Hilton Lake Como. We were ending our trip in Continental Europe and after a hectic a few days in Rome, it was the perfect location to chill. The hotel view is just amazing, and the hotel itself is simply wonderful. The town is 30 min walking, but quite frankly I didn't want to leave the hotel. We had dinner at their Terrazza 241, and had the most amazing experience. We will definitely return for a bit of a longer stay."
