"The property is beautifully clean and very well presented, about 8 miles from busy Cangas De Onis in a very rural, small village in the hills. Perfect for those, like us, wanting to be away from it all and perfect for exploring the spectacular Picos de Europa. "Great property; helpful and friendly owners; superb base for exploring the local area. The nearest town, Infiesto, is a 5-minute drive away with local well-stocked supermarket. We cooked most evenings using the wood barbecue in the private garden. There are good walks from the house and Oviedo, Gijon, Covadonga, etc. are within a 45 minute drive. We were a family group of 4 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of room for everyone. All-in-all, a fantastic place to spend a holiday!"

"There was just the two of us, but we were taken with how spacious this former farmhouse with a newer extension was with no shortage of beds! There is a very large garden, completely walled off from the road outside so plenty of safe space to run around! The house and surrounds are very quiet, yet within easy reach of all that Asturias has to offer. Noemi, the host was on hand to greet us and show us around and was always very responsive. "Nous avons passé deux nuits aux Pics Europa. Tranquillité et calme dans cette petite résidence dans un hameau un peu perdu. Superbe vue et terrasse très agréable. Hôte sympathique. Parfait. Nous n’avons pas pu aller aux lacs de Cadavonga car les bus étaient complets pour la journée."

"Quiet location with wonderful views from a huge terrace. Kitchen facilities to serve four people were very limited. Very little work surface and few utensils. Eg only three knives. Bedrooms, bathroom and living area were comfortable and spacious. Gave us opportunities for walking, bird watching and enjoying the countryside. However because of this isolated position there was not easy access to shopping for basics. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"Estancia muy agradable con un bonito paseo por el campo a lo largo del rio. Cangas hasta a 45 minutos a pie y seis minutos en coche. La casa tiene un gran jardin que está genial para que los chicos juegen con la pelota y para cenar fuera."

"No se me comunico al.hacer la reserva que aunque hiciera frio no se podía encender la calefacción porque no entraba en el precio de la estancia. En el anuncio incluia la calefacción sin ninguna norma al respecto. Cobran 10 euros por día que se usa. "

"This is a lovely house with wonderful views, the garden is pleasant, full of birds which enjoyed the stale bread that we put out. The neighboring cat also enjoys the visitors food. The owner speaks good English and is helpful.The negatives were the arbitrary parking, the access road is very narrow and we had a problem with the septic tank being full causing a bad smell in the cottage. The owner did manage to get the tank emptied, so I guess we were just a bit unlucky."
