The well-equipped kitchen will delight the chefs in your group, allowing you to savor meals together at the dining table. Some TLC needed.
When arriving recycling/garbage bin had tipped over and garbage was everywhere in driveway. The house was fine, except the fan blades on ceiling fans were loaded with dust, other things needed cleaned- primarily dusting. It was a quite neighborhood and neighbors seemed friendly.
