Charming three bedroom home close to Downtown Colorado Springs with views of mountains from the back yard! The home is located close to downtown shops, restaurants, and coffee shops. It's just a short drive to Manitou Springs, Garden of the gods, the Broadmoor Hotel, and the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo. Central to all the best Colorado Springs has to offer!

The home has a modern, comfortable decor with nice accents throughout. There is a light and bright feel to the home. There is 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, and 1 bunkbed set that will accomodate up to six people comfortably. Each bed has its own bedroom and privacy. The Kitchen is a fully equipped large vintage style kitchen that is a bit of a throwback to midcentury downtown living. The living room has modern furnishing with an incredible 65inch 4K Roku TV. Perfect for relaxing and watching netflix!

The neighborhood is located right beside the Olympic center and Memorial Hospital. It has a quaint downtown feeling with great views of Pikes peak from the main street. Our street is lined with trees and cute mid century houses and cottages.

There is public transport available right on our street. We typically encourage people to rent a car while they are in town, but you could also Uber or bike to any of the downtown locations from our house.

Needs updating
The property for the most part was clean and as described. We couldn’t use the hot tub because the water level was way to low and there was no outside light to be able to see after it got dark. The windows were hard to close and some would not lock. The house is not in the best of neighborhoods so as a group of females we didn’t feel the safest. Overall it was okay for the 1 night we were there.

Convenient location for our stay
We were in town for a wedding with many activities and needed someplace close. The host was easy to work with. The location was convenient. The home could use a little TLC, but it worked well for us.

There were many things that needed fixing. seem like the maintenance person missed a lot. kit faucet leaking, kitchen door from hall broken, light fixture in bedroom no globe and not working, no air in one bedroom
