This may have been the cleanest apartment we have ever stayed at.
It was spotlessly clean and well appointed with a great location. Close to the river with some great little places to eat just downstairs or just around the corner. The only issue was the communication with the owner. There was no email from them, and we had to call a few times on the day of arrival to get any information on the checkin process. Other than that, one of the best places we have ever stayed at.

Only location.
I think the only good thing about this place is the location. However, as other travelers have mentioned, it's very noisy, especially on weekends. We were not sure if apartment was clean - when we checked in, bathroom had been used and not flushed! Hard to trust that anything else at apartment was clean, from towels and sheets to kitchenette. Also, we got an apartment at 3rd floor but elevator was not working. And the apartment had a sewer smell that seemed to be coming from the bathroom. Also, owner only showed up to collect taxes that had not been charged and kept insisting we had booked one night less than we actually booked, even after we checked the app. For our experience, we don't recommend it.

Perfect location, great place
Loved the location of the sweetest apartment with the beautiful view of the river! Check in made us a little nervous with no communication till we got there but we got ahold of the owner by phone( no welcome message) and he told us about the €4.81 (5%)tax that we needed to leave, we still loved it!!!

Fantastic apartment for independent travellers
Some reviews have noted that there is no reception desk - but this is not a hotel, rather an apartment. The owner/manager let us in and was available by phone throughout our stay (I've no doubt he would have come and helped us if need be, but we didn't need him to) and we had everything we needed. It's a cosy studio apartment, plenty of space for myself and two children in 3 single beds, large and clean, modern bathroom, well-equipped kitchen area. The location was absolutely superb - 5 mins walk from the station and town, directly above a row of restaurants and bars, and just on the Rhine, which was just perfect. In the summer, I suppose there may have been noise from the restaurants, but we were there in October so the windows were closed and we didn't hear a thing.
