The home is located just a few miles south of Texas A&M in a quiet neighborhood and walking distance to a great park with pavilion, baseball backstop, basketball court, playground, sand volleyball court, walking trail, and more. The house has been completely renovated to ensure your stay is just what you want...perfect!

Guests will have full access to the property, with the only exception being the owners' closet located in the master bath.

Guests will have a contact-free experience, but we live locally in case something is needed.

This is a great neighborhood with a nice city park within walking distance.

Our home is K-9 friendly and we allow up to 2 dogs with an additional $50 fee per pet.

We allow up to 10 guests included in the booking fee. Additional guests are allowed at the owner's discretion with a $25/night fee per guest.

Great house and hosts

Our family of four had a great visit. The spacious house is probably one of the best equipped VRBOs we have rented. The kitchen had everything we needed to make nice meals together and the living spaces were very comfortable. The garage was a nice feature, especially on rainy days. The hosts were highly responsive. Definitely a great place to stay if you are visiting College Station.
