We were happy that the pool was open, but woud have beenhappier ifit had been heated even a little bit. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The pools are spectacular, we had seen a photo of these and that was why we visited. We were not disappointed, cave like steam rooms and saunas, multiple pools. The entire experience was extremely enjoyable and we will go back. I should also mention the bar food was to a very high standard, reasonable prices and large portions. "
